Bottle Biology

Take a look at this website. It offers some different ideas on how students can observe their bottles. It does a good job of inventory!

This is an awesome site about schoolyard ecology programs. I'm going to print it tomorrow and take a look at it. This might be a great way to have outdoor learning centers for the kids.

Great Lakes Ecology

I found 5 books for $40 that cover all aspects of teaching Great Lakes Ecology. The books are teaching manuals. I think I'm going to order them and that will take care of a lot of our need for resources. What do you think? This would allow us to thumb through and pick and choose a few general lessons for our GLE unit.

Shed Aquarium Site

Interesting Link that I found...I heard it on the radio today. Its called listen to your lakes.org. The address goes to this link: http://sheddaquarium.org/greatlakes/index.html
